Continuing the Supreme Kai X Strongest Kages set, here is East Mizukai (East Kai and 5th Mizukage fusion) superior, the fusion between the only survivor of the Supreme Kais - the sharp minded East Supreme Kai and the probable strongest Mizukage, the man from the Hozuki clan with a terrible genjutsu - 2nd Mizukage Gengetsu.
Instead of dissolving his body into water, the Eastern Supreme Mizukai dissolve his body into pure water-like energy.
His signature technique, the Jōki Bōi, uses a body made of Katchin, the strongest metal in the universe, and explodes into wild energy (if you remember, most of the Kais can use magic materialization to summon Katchin metal at will).
